Ripping And Its Consequences Empty
PostSubject: Ripping And Its Consequences   Ripping And Its Consequences EmptyFri Jul 31, 2009 1:40 am

Ripping is completely disrespectful, and is classed as stealing.

We offer a free service to make you a personal signature/userbar/avatar/wallpaper etc...
So why rip? Its wrong and as already said, will never be tollerated on this site.

For those of you unsure what ripping is...

1。 Taking one’s work, and passing it off as their own

2。 Using one’s work without permission(esp in a tutorial or pack)

3。 Editing somebody‘s work without permission (Yes。。。I’m talking to you layer sharks who ask for PSDs for ”learning rights“ and then stick their own name on。。。)

If someone is found ripping,Administrators will take immediate action against the individual。

Selling another‘s sig for points here will be met with an immediate ban, as this is the worst type of ripping you can do here。

Administrators, please make a rule section and put this there。 It is imperative that people learn of the evils of ripping Evil or Very Mad

Packs are collected groups of graphics resources such as stocks, renders, brushes, etc..

PSD (.psd) is the default file format for Photoshop. It is larger than .png/.jpeg/.gif because it contains every layer, including hidden ones and adjustments. Because of PSD being a raw photoshop file, it's not web compatible. Meaning you can't use that file format for display purposes.

I don't know for sure, but considering Adobe's software is patent protected, probably not.
