Shame it's an edited version of something on a tutorial. I practically started doing it by myself after the 5th step or something. Just follow the smudging then add a Filter Effect and from their C4D's, Gradient Maps and a few others. I've forgotten how to make it tho :'(

I got another one that's almost done, but I think it'l;l have to be for round 2 freestyle, lol, won't be finished in time.
