The point of rep is to show if a person can be trusted. If someone is on -100 rep for example you would pressume that it's not worth listening to them. And then you see people like MD with: Reputation : 16 and you're like, wow, I should listen to what he says. It is also a way to thank people.

Nixon had the Waterbridge scandal, but not many people hate him.
IMO ppl only hate Bush cuz of 9-11. That wasn't his fault, he just happened to be president at the time.

lol i dont even blame him for that.. i blame the way he ran the country after the 9/11 Razz

making it a living hell for brown people in US.. i myself being an Indian and living in foreign for the most of my life, it took me thrice as time to in the airport than the other, so called "white people".... meh that just pisses me off so much... and thats not the only reason i hate him for.. there are others as well..
